Director of Finance

Matthew Graham has been appointed as Director of Finance.

Reporting to Vice President and Chief Finance and Resource Officer, Paddy Anderson, Matthew will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team across a range of key financial, commercial and accounting service activities, including finance business partnering, treasury management, investments and capital planning, as well as providing crucial financial and commercial advice and support to the Belfast Region City Deal programme.

Matthew graduated from the University of Oxford with a First Class degree in Mathematics and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, having trained with KPMG in Belfast. He has worked in various senior finance positions within global businesses, most recently as a Director of Finance for Radius, a global mobility provider. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of a Belfast-based charity.

Matthew brings extensive experience across a range of sectors in corporate governance and risk management, as well as financial strategy, leadership and change.

He will take up post on 14 October 2024.
