Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 took place from 15 to 19 May and Queen's staff were welcomed to a range of events organised by Staff Wellbeing.
The theme for this year was 'Anxiety' and the week's 20 events included a Panel Discussion on Building a Resilient Mindset (held in QFT), a Great Big Purple Picnic with Action Mental Health, as well as a range of sessions from Mindful Walks to an Introduction to Suicide Prevention and Awareness.
"It's amazing to be a part of the panel today here at Queen's University in Belfast to talk about such an important topic. Building a resilient mindset is vital for everyone in today's society."
