Attended by Fellows and members of staff involved in the Fellowship Academy, the event included an address from Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research and Enterprise, Professor Archie Clements.

The Fellowship Academy was launched in January 2020 to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange by providing a platform to connect and support Fellows from across all three Faculties who are developing their own independent research projects within their respective fields.

Professor Archie Clements, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research and Enterprise, expressed his gratitude to the Fellowship Academy members, commenting:

"On behalf of the University, I extend my sincere congratulations to all Fellows on this special anniversary. Their collective achievements are a testament to the impact of academic collaboration and innovation. I look forward to working with and for them in the months ahead to ensure the Fellowship Academy continues to thrive and expand.”

With access to a range of learning and development activities and academic colleagues and senior leaders to sponsor, mentor and support them, members of the Fellowship Academy are supported and encouraged to grow as leaders within the University.

Over the past four years, the Fellowship Academy has doubled in size and grown into a thriving community of almost 60 Fellows and 29 Alumni.

Paul Monahan, Researcher Development Manager, said: "As we celebrate the fourth anniversary of the Fellowship Academy, we reflect on the remarkable achievements and contributions of our Fellows towards advancing knowledge and driving positive change. Their dedication, passion, and commitment to excellence continue to inspire and enrich our academic community."
