Reports
The CAF produces a range of various reports and publications. All of these are available to download and read on our website as PDF files and are updated as new reports are produced.
DSRs are the reports written following the completion of an excavation. A typical DSR contains a complete archaeological analysis of the excavation in question which covers the background, excavation and overall analysis of the site. This is accompanied by a range of colour photographs and illustrations.
MRs are the reports written following the completion of site monitoring. MRs detail the artifact and feature finds (if any), exposed during the monitoring process and an analysis of the site in question, with recommendations for preservation which may need to be carried out. This is accompanied by a range of colour photographs and illustrations.
These reports contain the output and analysis of geophysical surveys. These typically include different geophysics results images, accompanied by details of the survey and interpretations of the results. In colour with photographs.
